Job Summary
Own the commercial performance of AGP's active client book. You'll run the client health dashboard, build and execute recovery plans for at-risk clients before they churn, own renewal conversations and forecasting, identify upsell, referral and testimonial opportunities, and report client health and recurring cash into daily and weekly rhythms. You'll manage one direct report handling routine client support and engagement. This is a commercially accountable role: you own retention, renewals and expansion, not just relationships. Your Role
  • Own the Client Health Dashboard and active client visibility
  • Define onboarding success criteria and client value milestones 
  • Build and execute recovery plans for every at-risk client before it becomes a churn or refund
  • Own renewal conversations, pipeline and forecasting
  • Identify and act on upsell, cross-sell, referral and testimonial opportunities
  • Ensure client outcomes are tracked, visible and actioned
  • Report client health, recurring cash and renewal progress into daily and weekly rhythms
  • Manage and develop the CS support layer (one direct report handling routine client support, DFY outbound execution and NPS)
  • Escalate risks and decisions to leadership with a recommendation, not just the problem
Ideal Candidate

Someone with real commercial instinct who can read a client base, spot risk and opportunity early, and act with judgment without waiting to be told. You have owned a revenue target before, not just managed relationships. You can build or maintain a client health system and use it to drive decisions. You are comfortable having direct conversations about renewals, pricing and value. You lead by example and can develop a junior team member underneath you.

Requirements
  • 5+ years in client success or account management, at least 2 with direct commercial accountability
  • Has built or maintained a client health/CRM system and used it to drive decisions
  • Can identify risk early and act without being prompted
  • Experience managing or mentoring at least one direct report
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Available during UK/EU business hours (AGP operates GMT+2 with a global team)
  • Coaching, consulting or agency environment experience preferred but not essential
