Job Summary
Ethan Welby — founder of Agency Growth Partner (AGP) and the Welby Foundation is hiring a world-class Executive Assistant to help operate faster, sharper, and more organised across every area of work - business, personal, and philanthropy.
Your Role

You’ll work closely with Ethan to keep everything running smoothly across business, personal, and philanthropic projects.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Managing calendars, inboxes, and daily scheduling.
  • Handling personal tasks, payments, and vendor coordination.
  • Organizing meetings, content, contracts, and team operations for AGP.
  • Supporting the Welby Foundation with events, updates, and tracking.
  • Creating systems, SOPs, and small automations to improve efficiency.

You’re highly organized, proactive, and dependable — someone who keeps things running smoothly without needing to be managed. You communicate clearly, handle sensitive information with discretion, and take pride in precision and follow-through.

You enjoy building efficient systems, streamlining workflows, and supporting high-level operations. You can move seamlessly between personal and business tasks and thrive in a fast-moving, high-trust environment.

Requirements
  • Full-time availability (9am–5pm SAST).
  • Based in Cape Town (remote + occasional in-person).
  • Start within 30 days.
  • Experience as an Executive Assistant or Operations Coordinator.
  • Strong with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, and Calendly.
  • Comfortable learning tools like Webflow, Zapier, Skool, and CloseCRM.
  • Confident managing payments, expenses, and basic admin.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
