Job Summary
We're looking for a highly skilled, creative, and data-driven Thumbnail Designer to join our team. You'll be responsible for designing high-performing thumbnails for YouTube long-form and short-form content.
Your Role
Your work will directly influence the growth of the channel - helping us increase CTR impressions, and overall viewer engagement.

We're looking for a highly talented individual that demonstrates and specialises in creativity, YouTube performance psychology, and the ability to bring concepts to life.
Requirements
- Experience in Thumbnail Design work
- A strong portfolio
- Strong understanding of YouTube click psychology, CTR optimisation, and trend awareness
- Demonstrated ability to translate video concepts into compelling visual hooks
- Experience working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and similar software
- Strong understanding of colour theory, composition, hierarchy, and typography
- Ability to follow brand guidelines
- Access to fast and reliable internet connection
- Excellent communication
