Job Summary
We’re hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to own AGP’s marketing engine and generate high-quality leads that convert into booked calls, sales opportunities, and revenue. This is not a general marketing admin role. We need someone who can think commercially, write well, move fast, and turn marketing activity into a measurable pipeline.
Your Role
What you’ll own
- Build AGP’s growth marketing function from the ground up, with the core goal of generating high-quality leads that convert into booked calls, sales opportunities, and revenue.
- Own the full marketing plan across content, paid campaigns, email, website, funnels, and outbound support, deciding what to prioritise based on lead quality and conversion impact.
- Build and run the content engine, including the content calendar, LinkedIn posts, email broadcasts, proof posts, case studies, lead magnets, and repurposed founder-led content.
- Shape core campaign copy: LinkedIn posts, email broadcasts, landing page messaging, paid ad angles, lead magnets, and outbound messaging support.
- Own funnels and conversion from first touch to booked call, including landing pages, website CTAs, testimonials, proof assets, nurture flows, follow-up, and drop-off points.
- Work closely with the outbound / cold email team to improve ICP targeting, messaging, offers, proof points, follow-up angles, and lead quality.
- Own paid campaigns from strategy and setup through to testing, tracking, optimisation, and reporting.
- Report clearly on leads, booked calls, conversion rates, channel performance, and revenue influence, so we can see what is working and what needs to change.
- As the marketing function grows, identify what future support is needed, whether that is a copywriter, designer, paid ads specialist, or other specialist resource.

Requirements
- 4+ years in growth marketing, demand generation, performance marketing, or similar
- Proven experience generating qualified B2B leads
- Strong copywriting and content creation ability
- Experience with paid ads, funnels, landing pages, testing, and reporting
- Comfortable with GA4, UTMs, tracking, and performance data
- Strong understanding of lead quality, booked calls, conversion, and revenue impact
- Comfortable working fast in a founder-led business
- Available to work Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 SAST / GMT+2.
