Job Summary
The Operations Assistant owns all admin, coordination, and recurring operational tasks to ensure work is completed on time with zero chasing. This role supports the Sales, Client Success, and Setting teams by taking over lower-leverage work so they can focus on revenue-generating activities.
Your Role
Responsibilities:
Sales
- Onboarding support
- Updating trackers/sheets and leaderboards
- Communicating availability
Client Success
- AI client support
- Creating/fetching/uploading resources (call recordings, affiliate links)
- Billing adjustments
- Creating/editing modules (resources and basics only)
Setting
- Social outbound lead sourcing and uploading
- Email lead sourcing and uploading
- Email campaign setup and creation
- Tracking sheet organization
- Reporting
Hiring
- Replying to applicants who email or ask questions
- Creating hiring posts and publishing
- Reporting
Operations
- Ensuring playbooks are up to date
- Adding new items to playbooks
- Turning meeting notes into action items
- Team calendar and scheduling ops

Requirements
