Job Summary
Own day-to-day operational execution so leadership can focus on commercial outcomes and scaling. You'll keep reporting, action tracking, client support, dashboards and follow-through running consistently across the business. This includes coordinating content scheduling, maintaining client records, owning the client feedback process end to end, flagging problems early with a suggested next step, and helping maintain the tools the team uses daily. Your Role
  • Support daily and weekly reporting, action tracking and follow-through
  • Keep operational trackers, dashboards and documentation up to date
  • Execute and track tasks assigned by the Operations Manager
  • Coordinate outbound content: scheduling, posting and logging results
  • Handle day-to-day client support: answering questions and keeping engagement up across platforms 
  • Own the client feedback process end to end: scheduling, sending, logging and follow-through
  • Keep client records current and complete; flag anything missing or outdated
  • Spot warm leads or opportunities and pass them to the right person with context
  • Flag problems early and come with a suggested next step
  • Identify clients who could be good fits for testimonials, case studies or referrals
  • Help maintain and troubleshoot the tools the team uses day to day
Ideal Candidate

Someone who is detail-oriented, consistent and does not let routine tasks slip. You are comfortable managing multiple workstreams, keeping accurate records across systems, and working with numbers and dashboards. You spot when something is off and escalate early with context rather than waiting to be asked. You thrive in a fast-moving small team where ownership matters more than job titles.

Requirements
    • 3–4+ years in operations, client support, coordination or account management
    • Comfortable with numbers and data: can maintain dashboards and spot when something is off 
    • Detail-oriented and consistent: does not let routine tasks slip
    • Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and keeping accurate records across systems
    • Can identify when something is going wrong and escalate early with context
    • Strong written and verbal communication
    • Available during UK/EU business hours (AGP operates GMT+2 with a global team)
    • Experience with Slack or similar client and team communication platforms preferred
