Job Summary
Build and run the operating systems of AGP so every important task is tracked, owned, and completed on time. You will also run hiring and onboarding so the team scales without constant founder involvement.
Your Role
  • Every task and project is captured in one system, assigned, dated, and followed up until done.
  • The team hits deadlines more consistently and projects move faster.
  • Hiring runs end-to-end without founder involvement (except final interview).
  • Onboarding is owned end-to-end, including building onboarding plans by role.
  • Scorecards are created for each role and used during onboarding and ongoing performance reviews.
  • There is always a warm pipeline of qualified applicants for key roles.
  • Department tracking exists and role KPIs/scorecards are reviewed consistently.
  • Finance + legal ops are organized and reliable (contracts stored, payments tracked and processed).
  • You coordinate priorities with AI/Automation Expert for automation and systems improvements.
  • A company knowledge base and onboarding hub are built and kept up to date.

Requirements
  • Experience working in an agency, coaching business, or fast-moving online business.
  • Experience building SOPs, dashboards, or team scorecards.
  • Comfort coordinating with a technical/automation resource.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
