Job Summary
We’re looking for a confident, performance-driven Sales Closer to join The Agency Growth Partner. You’ll be taking qualified booked sales calls with agency owners and converting the right prospects into paying clients. This is not a cold-calling role. You do not need to source your own leads. Calls are generated through AGP’s acquisition channels, and your role is to sell AGP’s $8,000 core offer and DFY offer at a $12,000 to $24,000 price point, manage follow-up, and keep your pipeline updated. This role is for a proven closer who is confident in selling high-ticket offers, comfortable being measured on performance, and disciplined with follow-up, CRM updates, and daily reporting. This is a commission-only-based role.
Your Role
Outcomes / KPIs
  • $128,000 in new business revenue monthly
  • 16 sales per month of AGP’s core $8,000 offer
  • 6 to 8 qualified booked sales calls per day 
  • Around 120 calls per month
  • 30 available 45-minute calendar slots per week
  • Minimum 20% live-call close rate
  • Proactive follow-up with no-shows, stalled leads, and open opportunities
  • Daily CRM, projections, tracking sheet, and end-of-day updates
Month 1 Ramp
  • 1.5x standard commission on all cash collected in your first calendar month
  • Applies to all front-end sales
  • Paid on cash collected, including payment plans
Commission
  • 10% commission on front-end sales
  • Paid on cash collected, including payment plans
Bonuses
  • $200 bonus for every paid-in-full sale
  • $500 bonus for every $50,000 cash collected
On-Track Earnings
  • 6 calls/day = 120 calls/month
  • 65% show rate = 78 live calls/month
  • 20% close rate = 16 sales/month
  • 10% commission on $8,000 = $800 per sale
  • Approx. $12,800/month commission
  • Approx. $13,800/month total earnings, including bonuses
Higher Performance Potential
  • 7 calls/day = 140 calls/month
  • 65% show rate = 91 live calls/month
  • 25% close rate = 22 sales/month
  • Approx. $17,600/month commission
  • $19,000/month + potential, including bonuses

Ideal Candidate

You’re a proven high-ticket closer who can sell confidently to agency owners, B2B founders, coaches, consultants, or similar buyers.You know how to run a strong discovery process, ask sharp questions, handle objections around price, timing, trust, capacity, and fit, and move the right prospects toward a decision.You’re disciplined with follow-up, CRM updates, call notes, and performance accountability.

Requirements
  • Proven high-ticket sales experience
  • Experience selling to agency owners, marketing agencies, coaches, consultants, or B2B founders
  • Confidence selling an $8,000 to $24,000 price point offer
  • Strong discovery and objection-handling ability
  • Ability to follow a sales process without sounding scripted
  • Strong follow-up discipline with no-shows and stalled leads
  • Comfortable with daily tracking, reporting, CRM updates, and performance accountability
  • Able to work UK hours consistently
