Job Summary
We're looking for a talented and creative Long-Form Video Editor to join our team. You'll be responsible for editing and producing compelling, high-quality video content for our YouTube channel and other social platforms.
Your Role
You’ll be responsible for creating/editing high-quality video content for social media, YouTube, and other digital platforms. You’ll take raw footage and turn it into engaging, polished, and on-brand videos that capture attention, tell a story, and drive results. You'll also optimize content for audience retention and channel growth, implementing ongoing strategies and making improvements based on YouTube performance metrics.
Ideal Candidate
We're looking for a talented and creative individual, with a strong portfolio in long-form editing, fluent in storytelling, and comfortable working independently. You're detail-oriented, organised, and are able to meet deadlines without compromising on quality.
Requirements
- Experience or past work in video editing
- Proficiency in editing software (Adobe, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve)
- Experience with motion graphics and color correction
- Familiarity with YouTube SEO and engagement
- Access to fast and reliable internet connection for file uploads/downloads
- Excellent communication
